Stage 0
A small and sturdy puppy this breed of wolf is known for its stamina and ferocity. It has short rough fur and large feet predicting the large beast it is going to become. The pine twing it is sleeping on is from its home in the pine forests of the Deorculf Mountainside.

Stage 1
Once it has grown a little bigger you can see odd spines beginning to grow from the short tanned fur. A genetic fault sometimes occurs which gives the wolf a much more demonic appearance. Although these wolves have an unrestrained ferocity in the wild they tend to be a little gentler with their owner, though they might still get a few dangerous playful bites.

Stage 2
Fully grown these canines are formidable. They are slightly less agile and slower, but much stronger and spikier than their Ulfryka cousins. Their red variant is a scary sight to all but its owner. Their harsh appearance reflects their lifestyle, they live in small very territorial packs on the outskirts of the forests where it merges onto an unforgiving rocky mountainside. Watching two of these beasts fighting is an amazing spectacle, though not one you would want to be near.

Stage 3
This is the breeding stage, the creatures can now breed with others in thier breed group. Otherwise nothing has changed.
